Unlock Your Hips - 4 Weeks (May 2025)
May 5 - May 30
From May 5th to May 30th, we will be focusing on what is happening with our HIPS! As you strive to sit in your squat, you will not only be stretching and strengthening, but you will also gain a clear understanding of your hips and how they work.
Mon- 6 pm & 7:15 pm CST
Wed- 6 pm & 7:15 pm CST
Fri- 6:30am CST
The path to hip openness demands dedication. Therefore, for 4 Weeks straight, we will be breaking down and understanding each section of our hips, and the other areas required to mobilize them. These 8 weeks will greatly change your perspective on how you approach flexibility. We’ll have sessions 3 days a week, once to twice per day. You will gain a clear understanding of what it feels like to have a goal in mind, and work smart & steadfast toward that goal.
Be sure to show up on time, as warm up is most important!
